1. Acceptance of Terms

IYS Skills Tech Pvt Ltd owns and operates:

• vani.myskillsplus.com

By using any of these platforms, you agree to these Terms.

2. Company Purpose

We use technology—including AI—to promote skills-based employment, profile visibility, and career development.

3. Account Requirements

To use the platform, you must:

• Be 13 years or older
• Provide accurate info
• Keep login credentials private

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post misleading info
• Violate laws
• Hack, spam, or misuse the systems

5. IP and Content Ownership

You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us a license to use it for platform services. All platform IP (e.g., taxonomy, scoring, designs) belongs to IYS Skills Tech Pvt Ltd.

6. Browser Extensions

Our browser extensions (e.g., for Chrome or other browsers) are optional tools to enhance access to MySkillsPlus services. By using them, you agree to allow the extension to access and share limited data with your Skills Profile as per your actions.

7. Monetization and Earnings

Users may earn through referrals, profile monetization, or other services. Earnings are managed via Stripe. Income is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for local tax reporting.

8. Payments and Financial Data

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, such as Stripe, Razorpay, or others we may add in the future.

These providers handle your financial data under their own privacy and security policies. We do not store your full payment details.

9. Voice-Based Assessments

By participating in assessments via vani.myskillsplus.com, you consent to being recorded and analyzed by our AI systems.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations or abuse. 

11. Cross-Platform Integration

By using any MySkillsPlus platform, you acknowledge that certain information (e.g., your profile, activity logs, assessments) may be accessed or reused across related services and subdomains owned by IYS Skills Tech Pvt Ltd. 

12. Third-Party Tools

We use external tools for payments (like Stripe or Razorpay), analytics, hosting, etc. Their policies apply.

13. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be settled under Indian legal jurisdiction.
