How It Works
When individuals create a profile in MySkillsPlus, they build four key blocks:
- ✅ Skills Profile (using the 6D Framework)
- ✅ Personal Background Profile (private, shared on request)
- ✅ Work Preference (e.g. full-time, remote, freelance)
- ✅ Monetization Data Points (VSP, BVF, PCF)
From this, an anonymous version of the profile is published and made:
- Searchable by recruiters, job boards, and platforms
- Discoverable via search engines
- Accessible via free, open APIs (no license or subscription required)
This means Skills Profiles can now exist beyond the platform, becoming part of a global discovery layer for talent.

What Happens When Someone’s Interested?
If a hiring manager finds a Skills Profile that matches their need:
- They can pay BVF to view the individual’s Background Profile
- They can pay PCF to access contact details
- The individual is notified, and has the choice to Accept or Decline
Monetization is always in the individual’s control — and they receive 80% of the fee paid.
