How It Works

When individuals create a profile in MySkillsPlus, they build four key blocks:

  • Skills Profile (using the 6D Framework)

  • Personal Background Profile (private, shared on request)

  • Work Preference (e.g. full-time, remote, freelance)

  • Monetization Data Points (VSP, BVF, PCF)

From this, an anonymous version of the profile is published and made:

  • Searchable by recruiters, job boards, and platforms

  • Discoverable via search engines

  • Accessible via free, open APIs (no license or subscription required)

This means Skills Profiles can now exist beyond the platform, becoming part of a global discovery layer for talent.

What Happens When Someone’s Interested?

If a hiring manager finds a Skills Profile that matches their need:

  • They can pay BVF to view the individual’s Background Profile

  • They can pay PCF to access contact details

  • The individual is notified, and has the choice to Accept or Decline

Monetization is always in the individual’s control — and they receive 80% of the fee paid.
