  2. Set your VSP — how much someone must pay to view your Personal Background Profile (PBP).
  3. Recruiters search and shortlist profiles based on skills and context.
  4. When a recruiter wants to view your PBP, they pay the amount you’ve set.
  5. You keep 80% of the PBP View Fee. MySkillsPlus retains 20%.
  6. If they want to contact you, they pay a Contact Fee — again, you decide the price.
  7. You retain the right to accept or decline sharing your PBP or being contacted.

What’s a PBP (Personal Background Profile)?

This is the private, deeper part of your profile. It includes your education, work history, differentiators, and contextual background. It’s shared only when you agree — after the recruiter has paid your PBP fee.
