Refund Policy
At MySkillsPlus, we offer digital services such as Skills Profiling and related career tools.
Refunds are generally not provided once a service is delivered or profile is created, unless there is a technical error or duplicate payment.
If you believe you have been charged in error or did not receive the intended service, please email us at connect@myskillsplus.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review your request and process refunds where applicable.
All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
