By accessing or using MySkillsPlus.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Purpose

MySkillsPlus is designed to help individuals:

• Build and maintain detailed Skills Profiles.
• Discover career paths based on the IYS 6D Skills Framework.
• Earn recognition and monetization opportunities through profile visibility.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent your identity, skills, or credentials.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform’s security.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the information you submit, but you grant us a license to use it for delivering and improving our services.
• All platform content (designs, taxonomy, framework, etc.) is owned by IYS Skills and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Monetization and Earnings

• Users may earn from profile views, referrals, or value-based mechanisms as defined in our platform monetization model.
• We do not guarantee income and reserve the right to revise monetization rules at any time.

7. Discoverability

• By default, your Skills Profile is private. You may choose to make it visible to employers or partners via account settings.
• Discoverability is opt-in and fully under your control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise platform integrity.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

We may include links or integrations with third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use or inability to use the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
